- Integrate your file as a member
- Elaboration of directories for internal control and/or monitoring of activities with the company and the sector
- Promotion of your company and contact with it
- Development of institutional brochure(s) for promotional purposes of the Association and its members
- Integrate your business profile in the Association's information platform
- Report on objectives, benefits, and/or activities for the benefit of members
- To integrate the information of the legal representative of the associated company, at the moment of joining the Association

What personal data do we obtain and from where?

For the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, we may collect your personal data in several ways: when you provide it to us directly; when you visit our website or information platform; and when we obtain information from other sources permitted by law.

We collect your personal data directly when you provide it to us through various printed and/or electronic means or give us information to join as a new member or for the fulfilment of the objectives and or activities of the Association. The data we obtain by this means can be, among others: name, telephone, cell phone, e-mail.

(*) Only legal representative in the process of incorporation as a new member:

Official identification, tax identification card, date and place of birth, nationality, marital status, occupation, address.

(*) Personal data we collect when you visit our website or information platform:

name, e-mail, company, position, telephone.

(*) Personal data we collect through other sources:

We may obtain information about you from other sources permitted by law, such as telephone or work directories in electronic media. The data that we obtain through these means may include, among others: name, telephone number, e-mail address, title/position, address.

How to access or rectify your personal data or cancel or oppose its use?

You have the right to access your personal data that we hold and the details of their treatment; as well as to rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, are being used for non-consensual purposes or when the contractual or service relationship has ended, or oppose the treatment of them for specific purposes.

The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of these rights are through the submission of the respective request in the office of the Directorate General of FEMIA or via email to the contact mail.

Your request must contain the following information:

- Express request for data rectification.
- Indicate the data to be modified.
Name and signature of the owner.

In the case of or cancellation or opposition to its use.

- Express request for cancellation or opposition to its use.
- Indicate the reason for the request.
- Name and signature of the owner.

The deadlines for dealing with your request are as follows:

- 3 working days from the day following the receipt of the request, in case of rectification of data.
- 5 working days from the day following the receipt of the application, in case of cancellation or opposition of use.

In both cases, the holder will be informed about the origin of his application through a letter that we will send to the interested party via certified mail or to the last e-mail that he would have provided us.

How can you revoke your consent to the processing of your data?

En todo momento, usted podrá revocar el consentimiento que nos ha otorgado para el tratamiento de sus datos personales, a fin de que dejemos de hacer uso de los mismos. Para ello, es necesario que presente su petición en la oficina de la Dirección General de FEMIA o bien vía electrónica al correo de contacto.

Su petición deberá ir acompañada de la siguiente información:

- Indicar expresamente el motivo de revocación del consentimiento de rectificación de datos.
- Nombre y firma del titular.

Within a maximum period of 3 working days, starting from the day after the reception of the request, we will attend to your request and will inform you about the origin of the request through a letter that we will send to the interested party via e-mail and certificate.

Your data may travel to another country or be shared with others

Your personal data may be transferred and processed inside and outside the country, by persons other than this company. In that sense, your information may be shared with individuals or companies, organizations, associations, government agencies or any foreign authority for promotional purposes of the Association, its members, as well as the national aerospace industry.

We undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, as well as to make this transfer under the terms established by law.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, to address new legislation, internal policies or new requirements for your attention as a member of this Association.

These modifications will be available for your consultation through the following means: (i) website; (ii) information platform; (iii) or we will send them to you at the last e-mail you have provided.
