TAXATION, CUSTOMS AND FOREIGN TRADE
Analysis of applicable regulations, specific advice on issues relating to customs and foreign trade operations, dissemination of newsletters to update companies on related issues.
TRAINING
Supporting companies in their needs to train or coach their staff in specific skills or processes.
Coordinate the training requirements of the industry with the existing educational offer and promote the development of profiles that cover timely and specific business needs.
Develop in conjunction with the industry and strategic organizations, dynamics or events that allow access to qualified candidates to meet the requirements, in a coordinated and transparent.
Carry out dissemination campaigns with public or private educational institutions (from secondary level) to publicize the opportunities offered by the aerospace industry to future generations aimed at covering the training levels required by companies in the sector.
MRO AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
This Commission is integrated by the main MRO's in our country and complementary service companies in the field, the lines of action are based on five pillars: Certifications, Promotion, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Technology & Systems.
The main objectives are:
- Collaborate and manage with the authorities the celebration of Agreements that allow the participation in the maintenance of foreign aircrafts in Mexico, as well as the obtaining of certifications that increase the competitiveness and participation in the international market.
- Promote the capabilities of Mexico's MROs,
- Collaborate with educational institutions throughout the country to generate profiles tailored to the needs of companies, as well as in the training of existing staff to speed up the renewal of licenses and certificates.
- Collaborate in the implementation of the necessary technology for the automation and/or improvement of processes.
- Establish basic criteria for the selection of qualified suppliers for this sector.
